Wages

Remuneration

- For people in custom harvest crews it is a combination of salary and hourly rates. The pay is based on hours actually worked and not all employers will pay you for the time travelling to the field or waiting for harvest to begin. The employer will furnish transportation to and from the worksite. Farm employees are paid according to hours worked. All employees are paid at least twice monthly and no bonus is required to be paid. Each state has a rate determined by the US Department of Labour.
